The following governing documents are available in PDF format.

• Certificate of Incorporation:  The IVPOA_Articles_Of_Incorporation define the association as a legal entity in West Virginia. The association operates in accordance with the bylaws.
• Bylaws:  The Bylaws are the operating guidelines of the association as a corporation. The bylaws can generally be amended by a majority of the board.
• Declaration:  The Declaration of Restrictions, Protective Covenants and Reservations Pertaining to Imperial View Subdivision (4th Amendment – 2008) ties the association to the land and defines the rules of the association. It can be amended by a majority of unit owners.
